individual tailored service, close proximity to transport options, welcoming treats upon arrival
The external bathrooms are quite noisy, which can disrupt your stay!!! The steep stairs to upper rooms pose a challenge for those with mobility issues!!! The Wi-Fi connectivity is frustratingly weak in specific areas!!!

The twin room was clean and attractive, but the private bathroom was across the hall, which felt a bit awkward. Room amenities like a hairdryer, kettle, and snacks were really handy. The bed was comfy, and overall the room made for a cozy stay. Plus, the hot drinks and shortbread on arrival were such a nice touch!
